One of Manila's prime assets is its sunset. Grab a refreshing San Miguel Beer and stroll along San Miguel by the Bay, a 1.5-km promenade right by the airy Mall of Asia.

San Miguel by the Bay is now a crowd favorite through its relaxing scenery, delectable cuisine, and upbeat entertainment offerings. One of the attractions at the Mall of Asia Complex, San Miguel by the Bay stretches to 1.5 kilometers of picturesque esplanade to complement the scenic view of the famous Manila Bay. A grand fountain is also situated in the outdoor strip, captivating guests and spectators through its colorful and dancing water display. While enjoying the soothing ambiance of the strip, San Miguel by the Bay is also home to popular bars, restaurants, and dining establishments. It features Hooters, Harbor View Restaurant, The Pit, Padi's Point, Pier One Bar and Grill, and Seafood Restaurants.

At night there are also very good local live band playing Pinoy and international musics in the very popular bars in San Miguel By the Bay.

Manila Ocean Park is the country's first world-class marine theme park and a premiere educational facility. An integrated urban resort with marine life attractions and aqua-themed hotel, the park is geared towards an all-year, all-weather destination for locals and tourists. Everyday is a holiday and an ultimate fun place for all ages.

If you still  have time in your holiday you should try out the many beautiful islands in the Philippines.

There being more than 7000 islands in the Philippine archipelago, it behooves you to try to see at least a few. World famous islands such as in Boracay, Bohol, Cebu and Palawan. These islands are easily accessible by air within 1-2 hours from Manila. For example, you may fly to El Nido, on the northwestern tip of Palawan, and base yourself at the eponymous tourism resort. You can easily explore up to 45 islands from there, many of them dramatic limestone formations rising out of limpid turquoise waters — reminiscent of the Thai islands seen famously in The Beach, but minus the superabundance of tourists that followed the movie's release. Expect a profusion of marine life and some of the world's best wreck dives in the form of trips to sunken Japanese warships. Landlubbers can traverse swaths of natural forest, kayak around emerald lagoons and, of course, island-hop — all just a 90-minute flight from Manila's gridlocked streets.
