Airport taxi from NAIA Terminal 1 to Sea Residences Condo
– Metered ‘yellow’ taxi just outside of arrival hall, turn left and you will find the taxi booth. It costs between P120-250 pesos depending on traffic condition.
Alternatively, you may also take the accredited airport taxi, cross the road from the arrival, just opposite of the metered taxi, costs around 440 pesos - flat rate, no meter.
Ask the driver to go to Mall of Asia, Pasay City, not far from the “Globe”. It is handy to print this page out and show it to the taxi driver.

Some Useful Info
Mall of Asia (MOA) – Opens from 10AM to 10PM. There are lots of entertainment and eating facilities.
San Miguel by the Bay – About 15 minutes on foot through the MoA. It stretches to 1.5KM of
picturesque esplanade to complement the scenic view of the famous Manila Bay. Ideal for a morning
jog; a satisfying lunch; and with local live band in Pinoy and international music in the evening.
Solaire Resorts and Casino – Just opened in March this year. It is about 20-25 minutes away on foot from SEA Residences. There is also a free shuttle bus in MoA which will take you to the Resort. The Resort offers first class dining and gaming experience comparable to Las Vegas and Macau.
Mobile phone SIM cards – Roaming charges can be expensive in Manila. Mobile SIM cards and load top up can be purchased in booths at the airport and entrance of MoA. Ask the salesgirl to load the airtime for you.
