...We really enjoyed our stay at the sea residence. The room was perfect for a vacation rental. I would definitely recommend and the next time we visit Manila we will reserve with Rosel. The view of the Mall of Asia was great. We were even able to see a fireworks display from the bay behind MOA. Thanks for having us and look forward to staying at one of your units in the future. - Michael

...The unit is very clean and tidy. It is just fronting mall of Asia which is a place for shopping, dining, relaxation, and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay. Rosel was very helpful and considerate. -Christopher
...Excellent location facing Mall of Asia. Lots of English channels on cable TV. Internet connection was very strong. Unit was nice and clean, looks new. Also nice to have a balcony. Nice to have a washer in unit also. Would definitely stay again.- Robert
...The condo is excellent and her pictures are representative of the condo. I am very pleased to have found Rosels condo. The condo is in a great location and with great view of the Mall and overlooking the Manila bay. The area is great and very walking friendly. In fact we enjoyed walking and jogging around the area and afterwards enjoying the swimming pools. all 6 of them ;). however the deepest pools are only 4 feet deep and I would prefer deeper. Rosel was quick to respond to emails and was great to work with. I will rent from her again as we love the location of Mall of Asia. Shops and restaurants are walking distance and no need for taxi cabs. -Chris
...If you want to stay in close proximity to the Mall of Asia then you cannot get any closer than this unit. The unit balcony overlooks the Mall of Asia front entrance and the walking distance is less than 5 minutes. The unit is as adverstised and the host was accessible and the transaction went very smoothly. I would definitely work with this host again. -Joel
...My wife & family occupied the place in dec/2013. The area was clean and owner/personnel was very helpful. Good security and housekeeping. My family like the place. It's close to MOA so groceries, shopping & food in big MOA. -Sonny

...We are a family with a young child staying 6 days. The place is clean, comfortable and safe. Her owners are very considerate for our family, kind and honest. Location is also close to our goal. We would recommend to friends and family to stay at this place. -Moy
...We had a wonderful stay at the unit of Rosel in MOA. The unit was very well equipped with everything we could ever need, and I appreciated the extra touches like shampoos and conditioner (bath and body works) and even an air freshener for the room. It was so easy to communicate with her and she was very accommodating with any of our needs. Special thanks to her assistant Joanne who met us and kept the unit clean. My daughter specially enjoyed the numerous pools in the property and playground. It's proximity to the mall is unbeatable. thank you very much - Carina
...We had a nice stay at Rosel condo unit, feel like home specially my little girl where she can also play at playground and swim at the pool, short walk to Mall of Asia.comfortable bed, and clean. Had a late check out, very good host and friendly staff,Highly recommended, worth the price. Thank you very much.. Til next time. - Evic
...Rosel's places was great to stay in, very comfortable and warm. The couch is very nice with reclining seats and balcony and washer is a must if you plan to stay for a few days. - Reed
...The communication was a breeze between Madam Rosel and Jenny, they were both very helpful and always on time. The unit is just perfect for us. Everything was provided you could not ask for more even the mineral water was supplied. We even managed to see most of the fireworks parade at the back of SM MOA from our balcony which was a bonus. The air-con was quiet, the wifi is free and fast, the reception and the security guards are very friendly. We felt very secure, safe and look after by our host and Jenny. Oh and yes the safe inside the room was a big bonus too. We already recommended this property to our friends and surely will be back again in the future.
