This condo is so conveniently located near Mall of Asia, just around ten minutes walking distance. it's one of the best mall for shopping and dining, moa also has cinemas, imax theatre, bowling alley, skating rink and a science discovery center.
Walk thru Manila Bay and you will find a mini-amusement center for children, and a mini-cruise tour of Manila Bay. During weekends, this place becomes lively with live band where you can enjoy a drink. Fireworks display runs for 5 minutes every Friday and Saturday night.
What better place to stay than at Sea Residences Condo, affordable and fully furnished with mini kitchen and washing machine, you won't find this in a hotel! The unit is 28 square meters (app. 300 sq ft) Small but cute :) and can sleep up to 4 people. yeah, it's a bit crowded for four, but if you are on a budget, then this place fits you perfectly! Hotel can accommodate up to 3 in a room but you need to pay for the extra bed, plus taxes and service charge it will cost you more than you expected to pay.
The kitchen comes with pot and pan, plates, cups and cutlery, microwave, oven toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Bathroom has a washing machine, but detergents not provided! you need to buy them, but hey, SM Hypermart is less than 15 minutes away by foot.
This is a condo, it's not a serviced apartment, you need to do your own laundry, make your own bed, and wash your own plates. There is no room service available, you need to cook your own food, or better still, order delivery. A lot of restaurants offer home delivery, you can find some leaflets inside the unit. Room cleaning and change of towels and linens are provided if you stay longer than ten days, rooms will be cleaned after a week's stay.
